i was walking up to campus enjoying the music from my little ipod when i started hearing music that was a lot louder and not mine....
i turned around and there was this boy wearing a backpack with a huge speaker built in. this boy had his music turned up so loud for the whole world to hear.
at first i was a little bugged, here was this boy (totally white but confused because he dressed gangsta) sharing his music but yet i didn't want to share. i had my own music and i could possibly even enjoy the quiet of the early morning.
soon the boy passed me by and thats when things started to change. this boy became the highlight of my day. i followed close behind him and enjoyed the reactions that he created.
a person would pass by, look back at him, give a slight chuckle and continue on their way.
i followed him the whole way to campus. i watched as when he did finally arrive to campus how many people reacted to his loud music. i watched as countless students walked by, first confused but then smiled.
it was fun to see the confusing turn to happiness. maybe everybody was thinking what i was thinking...
"what is this boy doing? i don't want to hear his music! who is this boy?
does he know his music is loud?"
so boy with loud music:
i'm sorry i was bugged by your music at first....
thank you for giving me a great memory of the day. my walk to campus was much more enjoyable thanks to you. you entertained many today....
