the mr. and mrs. went to the hunger games

the mr. and mrs. went to the midnight showing of the hunger games with the mr.'s family
at first i didn't want to go
i was worried about being tired
but decided i didn't want to be a party pooper (like the mr. called me)

so we got all ready with our t-shirts
stayed up way past our bedtime
and headed to the theatre

i had a flashback to jr. high of midnight showings with my friends
maybe because we were surrounded by jr. high kids
needless to say we felt a little out of place

i can proudly say i stayed awake the whole time
and really enjoyed the movie
more so than i thought i would
i would even see it again (i usually hate watching movies twice, expect for chick flicks)

thanks barfuss family for a great night
it was well worth the lack of sleep.
