last of boston

i truly fell in love with boston. i want to live there so badly one day. the weather was perfect for our last days in boston. i think we walked that entire city. loving every minute of it.

boston don't you worry....we will be back someday soon!

boston post 2

still playing catch up and i love it. i love going back and looking at pictures. how great to not post about our little trip and then go enjoy it a few months later...great idea me!  here are some more pictures of boston and our little day trip to concord. first let me say i fell so hard in love with concord. i dream of living there one day. i found my dream home and could imagine beautiful fall afternoons sending my kids to school and then christmas eves with the snow keeping us all inside our cozy home. (a girl can dream right). anyway now to a load of pictures....

who happens to just run into their best friend aka soul mate in boston. oh yep we do. i love that i saw jbod more out on the east coast this summer than all last year. love ya bodily.

first family dinner. how lucky we were to go with both of our parents. who gets this kind of vacation? we were treated like royalty by our parents. we couldn't be more grateful for them!

excited was an understatement. it also happened to be a festival day so there were people playing music and dancing around the alcott house. couldn't have been happier!

playing catch up

once upon a time the mr. and i had a great fun filled summer. but....during this great summer we were swamped with med school, moving, and all the fun that comes with that. so of course i am behind on my blog.

i have decided to do an extended post series on our trip to boston and new york. why? because first i have about 600 pictures (no i will not post them all) and second it makes me so happy thinking about our wonderful trip with both our parents. yep, we went with both of our parents. it was amazing. a treat really!

so to start....

these are from our first day in boston. my parents hadn't arrived yet. we took a tour of the us constitution. these are from the gift shop. the line was super long and i hate lines so the mr. kept me entertained. isn't he a doll like that!

now we are off to navy pier. they have fireworks every wednesday and saturday the rest of the summer. could chicago be anymore perfect? i am in love with fireworks (almost as much in love as i am with my mr.).
